Ha Giang Sisters is proud to be the first fully women-owned and women-led tour company in Ha Giang, Vietnam.
Our approach is different, not simply because we’re women, but because we believe travel should create real understanding between people and places.
As women, as locals, and as travelers ourselves, we offer a perspective you won’t find in standard Loop tours. Our team brings together deep local knowledge, lived experience, and a commitment to making every journey personal, respectful, safe, and unforgettable.
Why It Matters
Tourism in Ha Giang is growing fast—and we want to make sure that growth supports the women, families, and cultures that make this region so special. By choosing Ha Giang Sisters, you’re supporting a network of local women who are leading, guiding, and sharing their own stories—on their own terms.
And you’re also becoming part of something bigger: a shared exchange of learning. We believe that every traveler has something to learn—and something to carry forward.
We are here to teach, connect, and uplift. Whether it’s how to navigate mountain roads or how to listen deeply to a way of life different from your own, the women of Ha Giang Sisters want to share knowledge that stays with you long after the road ends.
We keep our group sizes intentionally small so that every guest has the space to connect—with the guides, the land, and the people of Ha Giang.
What started as a friendship turned into a shared mission:
To create a tour experience that’s personal, powerful, and rooted in real connection.
Together, they’ve built more than a business—they’ve built a space where travelers and locals learn from one another, and where women lead the way forward.
A Beautifully Human Beginning
Powered by women and full of heart.
Ha Giang Sisters began with a simple idea:
What if the best way to experience the Loop was through the women who live it?
At the heart of our story are two women from very different worlds—Nu, a local Tay tour guide with years of experience, and Maria, an American digital nomad who came to the region to teach English to local guides.
